Want these cute arty paint splashes? They are totes adorable!
Materials- White nail polish, Blue Green Yellow and Red nail polish, a tooth pick or two.
Put all your nail polish in the fridge before hand for them to get ready.
Step one- Take a plastic tub and put warm water and soap inside soak your hands in it about 10 minutes.
Step two- Dry your hands and than put some cubicle cream or petroleum jelly on your cuticles!
Step three- Take out your white nail polish and paint the nail wait to dry.
Step four- Take all your other colors out and put a small dot where ever you want on your nail.
Step five- take your toothpick to spread out your dots to look like paint.
Step five- wait to dry and Voila show off your snazzy look!
